“We had two weeks of relaxing times. Sunrise on the dock with coffee was inspiring. Make sure you make it to Westport and Stoney Mountain; the lookout is great and there are good trails. Both Perth and Westport offer great places to eat and shop. Caught a few pike and some nice size smallies to the left of the dock.”

“This is not your average rustic cottage. It’s like a European chalet; with wood accents everywhere indoors. Outdoors, it’s quintessential Canadian shield with rocks, trees and of course the lake! It’s very quiet and inviting here. So many ways to relax! Hard to believe it’s barely an hour from Ottawa.”

“This is our fourth time at this property. Sunrises on the dock are phenomenal, the lake is great for kayaking/Stand up paddleboarding and we love the layout with plenty of spaces for lounging. This trip was highlighted by numerous wildlife sightings. We caught two fish (with minimal effort and no baid) while fishing from the dock. Also while on the dock, we saw a turtle. During a paddle, we came across a baby deer lounging by the shore. We hope to be back again next year!”

“Sitting on the dock with a coffee watching the sun rise over the lake, so great. Had a thunderstorm pass through, everything was still standing! The cottage is so comfortable and well-equipped. Had fun watching two fish spawning on the rocks just off the dock and a turle who came visiting so often. Frequent ice cream expeditions to Westport and some clothes shopping in Perth. This is a lovely, quiet cottage to relax and unwind and we hope to do it again in the future.”

“This beautifully situated and well-appointed cottage overlooking Pike Lake has provided many happy, fun-filled hurs for friends and family alike. Morning coffees and numerous meals on the deck, kayaking and fun in the water, BBQ and marshmallow roasts at the firepit. When visiting Westport, consider shopping at Kilborn’s on the Rideau (a department store just 10 minutes south of Westport in a village called Newboro). Enjoy all that cottage life offers!”
